You guys, Claire and Brandon's wedding at the Historic Blum Barn was just incredible. If you've never been to this venue, let me tell you - it's literally one of the most amazing places I've ever photographed. They think of absolutely everything, and since the last time I was there, they've made some serious upgrades that just blew me away.

So we started the day with a little bit of rain during getting ready, which you know I always say is good luck! Just enough to sprinkle some blessings on their day before it cleared up completely. Then we had the most gorgeous weather - like seriously perfect sunshine that made everything look magical.

The energy from everyone was just contagious. Their wedding parties, families, friends - everyone was so genuinely excited to be there celebrating these two. You know how sometimes you can feel when people are just going through the motions at weddings? This was the complete opposite of that.

Claire is honestly the sweetest person ever, and can we talk about how absolutely stunning she looked? Her hair, her dress, her jewelry - everything was just perfection. She was glowing all day long. And Brandon was such a good sport about everything, so fun to work with, and he looked incredibly handsome. Together they were just made for each other - you could see it in every single interaction.

What I loved most was how they planned their day to be relaxed and fun for their guests, and they totally nailed it. Nothing felt stuffy or overly formal - it was just pure celebration and joy. Their guests were able to actually enjoy themselves instead of feeling like they were sitting through some rigid ceremony.

There were so many beautiful moments throughout the day. The ceremony had me tearing up behind my camera, the toasts were heartfelt and hilarious, and don't even get me started on the dance party that followed. Every single moment felt intentional and meaningful.

Here's the thing that made this wedding extra special for me - I actually met Claire and Brandon for the first time on their wedding day, which can sometimes be a little nerve-wracking. But honestly, it felt like I'd known them forever. They made me feel so welcome and part of their celebration from minute one.

The Historic Blum Barn itself was just the perfect backdrop for their love story. Every corner of that place photographs beautifully, and it really complemented their vision perfectly.

Claire and Brandon created exactly the kind of day that was authentically them - full of love, laughter, and real celebration. They focused on what actually mattered: their commitment to each other and celebrating with the people they love most.
