Amanda + Roman | Michigan Union | Ann Arbor, MI

Amanda and Roman’s wedding day was a stunning blend of tradition, love, and surprises that created an unforgettable day for EVERYONE!

They had the most beautiful Greek Orthodox ceremony at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church in Farmington Hills. Rich with beautiful traditions, the ceremony set the perfect tone for their day.

After their ceremony, they surprised their wedding party with a trip to THE BIG HOUSE!!!! Talk about a bucket list experience, throwing footballs into the end zone, hanging out on the 50 yard line, looking up into the empty stands. This was something they will never forget, and will surely be talking about for a long long time.

The party continued at the Michigan Union, a venue of special significance as it was where Amanda and Roman met! The Union’s elegant ballroom was the perfect setting for their grand reception, filled with heartfelt toasts, delicious food (10/10 for the potato side dish…still dreaming about them), and a packed dance floor!

I think the highlight of the evening was a surprise performance (thanks to Roman’s parents!) by the University of Michigan Fan Fare Band, a nostalgic nod to Roman’s time in the University of Michigan Marching Band, which brought an extra layer of excitement and joy to the celebration.

It was a PERFECT day, filled with personal touches and amazing surprises, and I am so honored to have been part of it!

Congratulations Amanda & Roman!
